The customer may cancel the reservation with a 20% penalty if the request is madeat least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled start time of the rental.
2. If the cancellation is requested between 72 and 48 hours before the start of the rental, an administration fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be retained.
3. Cancellations requested less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of 70% of the total rental amount.
4. To ensure the scheduling and availability of our equipment, cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are
non-refundable.

The date and time of receipt of the cancellation request will determine the calculation of penalties.
6. Reservation modifications
Any change in date or time after the reservation has been made may be applied as a cancellation and new reservation subject to availability, and additional charges may apply in accordance with the above cancellation policy.
